Interior Décor Resources Canada (IDRC) is pleased to announce the launch of ASPIRE – a new Trade Education Alliance with the Professional Design Institute (PDI). The ASPIRE program will give Trade Professionals and Students an opportunity to upgrade their skills and fast-track into Interior Design & Decor at a professional level with an internationally recognized Diploma Accreditation program.
ASPIRE will consist of 12 self-paced, online training modules, organized into three levels of study: Introduction, Intermediate and Comprehensive. Modules will cover the full spectrum of interior design and décor, including theory, history, technical principles and practical applications.
In addition to coursework, ASPIRE students will also have access to ongoing tutorials and additional trade support to keep them abreast of new trends and the latest product and technical information from the industry
IDRC’s Founder and Executive VP, Dennis Mascall, is excited to be partnering with PDI and brining ASPIRE to Trade Professionals and Students in North America. “IDRC has been advocating for the design industry for over 40 years. Over that time we have come to appreciate the importance of quality education and continuous learning. We feel that this partnership with PDI and the launch of ASPIRE brings to the industry a much need resource in a format that is self-directed, self-paced and online.”
